Week 2

WEEK 2: Diet

This week we are talking about how each of us approached the dreaded competition diets. Each of us have different goals, metabolisms and knowledge so you may be surprised with how differently we structure things. But a few things are consistent: none of us are starving ourselves, all of us are moving in the right direction towards our goals and all of us have stumbling blocks along the way.
